Matrix is the 5th bonus level and the 22nd level overall. It’s a 3-star bonus level in Rolling Sky. It was first revealed on the Rolling Sky Facebook page, and later released in Update 1.5.1.1. It is the bonus of Cube. The main theme of this level is Gold Ruins.

Difficulty[]
Matrix is one of the hardest 3-star levels, being much harder on perfect way than on basic way. The level has diamonds that require fast swiping, as well as quick reaction.
Trivia[]
- This level's music is a remix of Cube, but in a reversed sequence and with different instruments.
- Some of the Mystery Boxes in this level are super difficult, and they appear in 4-5 fixed random locations.
- Despite having similar names, this level has nothing to do with Digital Matrix. Although, they have two similarities: both lasting 2 minutes and both being bonuses.
- This level and Candy have the earliest mystery box, at 9%.
- Anniversary has the latest mystery box, at 57%.
- At 25%, the mystery box can be easily taken while being on basic way. Just head to the 4th tile after the 2nd jump.
- The teaser of this level said "guess how hard it would be" but with a "?" (question mark).
- Although this level is hard, it's not as hard as other ones.
- This is the last 3-star level of 2017.
- This level's main theme, Gold Ruins, makes a cameo in Eternal Journey.
- This is the hardest level to cost 2 keys.
- In Game Zone update, the 2nd diamond and 3rd mystery box position has changed (to stop people from cheesing it).
